Accommodation inquiries

When you submit a request, we collect the name, email, phone number if supplied, preferred contact method, arrival date if known, estimated stay, guest count, apartment preference, and message you provide. We use this information to answer your questions, check availability, and prepare a quote at your request. Please do not send identification documents, payment details, or sensitive personal information through this form.

Processing an inquiry is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible accommodation agreement. Technical abuse prevention supports our legitimate interest in protecting the website. We do not use an accommodation inquiry as consent to marketing.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in a private database provided through our Sites hosting infrastructure on Cloudflare. Authorized property management personnel can access inquiries. Technical service providers process data to operate and secure the website. Information may be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area; contact us for details about current providers and applicable transfer safeguards.

Inquiries are retained for up to 180 days and removed during routine cleanup. Information needed for a confirmed booking is handled separately under the applicable accommodation and recordkeeping requirements. Short-lived, hashed technical identifiers help limit automated submissions and are cleared after their rate-limit window and cleanup period. Raw IP addresses are not saved with inquiry records; hosting providers may process connection logs for security.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to receive aggregated information about website use and performance, such as visits, page views, popular pages, approximate geographic area, browser or device category, referring source, and Core Web Vitals. We use these insights to maintain and improve the website.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage for usage measurement and does not track individual visitors. We do not use analytics information for advertising, individual profiling, or automated accommodation decisions. Cloudflare processes the technical information needed to provide this service under its own privacy terms.

Maps and direct contact

Google Maps is loaded only when you choose to load a map. Google may then process connection information and use cookies. WhatsApp, email, phone, and external directions links open the service you choose; those services have their own privacy terms. See our Cookie Policy.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and where applicable restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Contact us using the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

You can inquire directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp instead of using the form. We do not make automated accommodation decisions or sell inquiry information.
